Yes, you can access some sections of the course to preview it before you buy.

What should I do if I have some doubts while learning?

You can share your doubts with me via course portal itself.

Can I get a certificate after completing the self-paced course?

Yes, you will get a verifiableCertificate of Completion’ at the completion of the course.

Do you have any refund policy for self-paced courses as well?

You may opt for a refund within 3 days from the date of purchase if you don't want to continue with the self paced course. Although, previewing the course before buying it is advised.  See refund policy for details.

Who is my mentor for the course?

Do you provide any demo classes?

Yes, we provide 2 demo classes. Contact us for more info.

Class Timings ?

Class Timings are in between 10:00 am to 08:00 pm.

Learners may choose the preferable batch timing between these hours (subjected to availability).

Do I get any study material?

Yes, we provide course-related study stuff. Study material will be in both printed form or in form of content links.

Can I get a certificate after completing the course?

Yes, you will get a verifiable ‘Certificate of Completion’ at the completion of the course.

The course I'm looking for isn't available?

If there is no batch for the desired course or the batch is full, you may contact us directly. Note that there are batches that do not appear on the list. So get in touch with us for details.

Do you have any refund policy?

You may opt for a refund within 7 days from the date of registration if you don't want to continue our training program. See refund policy for details.

General FAQs

How do I create an account?

You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to register for an account.

How to use Access Codes?

You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section.

How to take a Course?

After you have purchased the Course or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
If the issue still persists, drop an email to query@softethics.com with the issue details.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to query@softethics.com
