For live courses, our policy lasts 7 days. You will opt for a refund if you don't want to continue our training program within 7 days. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
To be eligible for a refund. You have to return all the study material (such as books, etc.) in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will get a partial refund in one of the following conditions:
If you opt for the ONE-to-ONE training course or join special batch. If you don't return the study material or other content provided by us.
Registration fee for ONE-to-ONE courses / special batches is not refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
